WE INSPECT TO MAKE SURE STANDARDS OF QUALITY CONTROL ARE UPHELD.

WE HAVE INTRODUCED NEXT STAGE`S 3RD PARTY ON-SITE QUALITY INSPECTION
In order to ensure the peace of mind of the owner, we implement proper in-house inspections.
Based on the Inspection (checklist), we thoroughly check from the perspective of a third party.
By regularly analyzing inspection reports and data from NEXT STAGE, we are continually making improvements on the site.

Inspection list

The "Inspection check list" is a collection of items to be checked for each major process related to housing quality.

Construction quality audit certificate

A construction quality audit certificate will be issued as a certificate to the houses that NEXT STAGE has conducted a third-party audit.

Certified field auditor

NEXT STAGE's on-site audit work learning service (ISO29993) is educated, and a certified on-site auditor who has passed the examination conducts a third-party audit.

Certified Site Auditor Registration Certificate

International certification in the ISO29993 learning service is a proof for more stable audit accuracy in on-site audit work and for ensuring the quality of homes from a stricter perspective.

CHECKING THE WORK BEFORE REACHING THE POINT OF NO RETURN.

The most important role in site management, is making a thorough inspection during the proper time.
Thereby creating room for revisions or fixes if needed.
